Llibertat pels 28 joves: Manifest en català

Un cop més, ens trobem davant d’una greu situació. L’Audiència Nacional espanyola jutjarà a 28 joves bascos per la seva militància política basant-se en declaracions realitzades sota tortura. L’acusació és d’una pena de sis anys de presó. És intolerable que en una suposada democràcia casos com aquest se segueixin repetint. Estem fartes de tant patiment. És l’hora de desobeir aquestes lleis injustes.

Aquest judici no té sentit, ni políticament ni judicialment, a Euskal Herria. És injust. El passat curs el mateix tribunal d’excepció va absoldre altres 40 joves bascos sota la mateixa acusació. Per què ara tornar a capficar-se contra les seves mateixes decisions? Fins quan? No som ingènues i sabem que la solució està a les nostres mans. Sabem que el poble, un gran mur popular, és l’únic que pot acabar amb aquest malson d’una vegada per totes.

Que plantegem?

An els últims anys han estat incomptables les vegades que hem expressat el nostre desig de donar una sortida democràtica al conflicte polític d’Euskal Herria. Els judicis polítics basats en lleis injustes estan totalment fora d’aquesta lògica. Volen acabar, sigui com sigui, amb les esperances de pau d’aquest poble. Nosaltres hem fet una aposta clara per una solució democràtica i no anem a quedar-nos de braços plegats. I ho saben.

Hem d’acabar amb els judicis polítics. Aquest és l’objectiu.

Hem après de cada iniciativa realitzada contra els judicis polítics. Dia a dia som més les que volem deixar enrere aquestes situacions sense sentit. Dia a dia som més les que volem formar un mur popular més fort. Cada dia els hi serà més complicat detenir-nos i jutjar-nos, perquè cada dia els hi posarem més i més difícil.

1- Alguns dels imputats han anat a Madrid a denunciar aquesta farsa de judici. Essent així, han aturat el judici donant l’esquena a la magistrada Ángela Murillo amb cartells reivindicant que els judicis també són fronts de lluita. Moltes s’hauran de tornar a trobar davant dels seus torturadors i escoltar les seves mentides. Com es pot definir com a justa una societat que permet aquestes situacions?

2- Altres no han anat a Madrid. Xabier Arina, Imanol Salinas, Igarki Robles, Jazint Ramirez i Irati Tobar no es mouran d’aquí, de Loiola, i no participaran en cap judici. Volen expressar amb els seus actes la urgent necessitat de resoldre aquest problema estructural. Tot i saber que els detindran per quedar-se a Euskal Herria, aquesta és l’aportació que fan al procés de resolució del conflicte. De nou, és l’hora del mur popular i necessitarem l’ajuda de totes vosaltres.

Mur popular per acabar amb els judicis. Mur popular a favor de la resolució del conflicte i per avançar en aquest camí. Mur popular per fer front a les traves dels Estats espanyol i francès. Mur popular per impulsar el procés democràtic.

Per això, cridem a tota la ciutadania d’Euskal Herria a apropar-se a Loiola i aportar des d’aquí. Cridem a ser particeps. Cridem a aportar cadascuna des del seu àmbit. Cridem als responsables polítics, institucions, associacions i persones a ser part d’aquest mur popular.

Només gràcies a l’aportació personal de cadascuna de vosaltres assolirem una solució justa. Cadascuna en la seva mesura, tota aportació serà benvinguda per detenir els atacs d’aquest sistema corrupte d’una vegada per totes.

És hora de sumar forces, de donar-nos suport les unes a les altres. És l’hora de respondre com a poble i tenim l’ocasió per fer-ho. Ara i aquí. Unim-nos davant la injustícia!

La victòria serà del poble o no serà. Guanyarem! Irabaziko dugu!

Novo xuízo contra independentistas bascos

[Mardelumes] Hoxe, 22 de setembro, 28 mozos independentistas bascos serán xulgados acusados de pertencer a Segi, organización xuvenil da Esquerda Abertzale ilegalizada polo Estado español, a partir de informacións obtidas baixo tortura e cando hai pouco tempo outros 40 mozos e mozas foron absoltos polo mesmo tribunal de excepción — A Audiencia Nacional — acusados do mesmo “delito”. O obxectivo real, pois, non é deter e encarcerar perigosos delincuentes, senón travar e contribuir a paralisar a posibilidade de que en Euskal Herria continúe a se consolidar o novo escenario de paz. En resumo, un novo ataque ao feito de facer política desde a base e unha nova provocación dos inimigos da paz, que desde Mar de Lumes – Comité Galego de Solidariedade Internacionalista non podemos deixar pasar sen máis. MANIFESTO ASKE EGUNA

Máis unha vez, atopámonos diante dunha grave situación. A Audiencia Nacional española vai xulgar 28 mozos bascos pola súa militancia política baseándose en declaracións realizadas baixo tortura. A acusación é unha pena de seis anos de cárcere. É intolerábel que nunha pretendida democracia casos como este continúen a se repetir. Estamos fartas de tanto sofrimento. É hora de desobedecer estas leis inxustas.

Este xuízo non fai sentido, nen política nen xudicialmente, en Euskal Herria. É inxusto. O pasado curso, o mesmo tribunal de excepción absolveu outros 40 mozos bascos baixo a mesma acusación. Por que agora teima de novo, contra as súas mesmas decisións? Até cando?

Non somos inxenuas e sabemos que a solución está nas nosas mans. Sabemos que o povo, un gran muro popular, é o único que pode acabar con este pesadelo dunha vez por todas.

Que propomos?

Nos últimos anos, teñen sido incontábeis as veces que expresamos o noso desexo de dar unha saída democrática ao conflito político de Euskal Herria. Os xuízos políticos baseados en leis inxustas están totalmente fóra desta lóxica. Queren acabar, sexa como fro, coas esperanzas de paz deste povo. Nós fixemos unha aposta clara por unha solución democrática e non vamos ficar de brazos cruzados. E eles sábeno.

Temos que acabar cos xuízos políticos. Eis o obxectivo.

Temos aprendido de cada iniciativa realizada contra os xuízos políticos. Día a día, somos máis as que queremos deixar atrás estas situacións sen sentido. Día a día somos máis as que queremos formar un muro popular máis forte. Cada día seralles máis complicado deternos e xulgarnos, porque cada día llo poremos máis e máis difícil.

1. Algunhas de nós iremos a Madrid a denunciar esta farsa de xuízo, e moitas teremos que toparnos de novo cos nosos torturadores e escoitar as súas mentiras. Como se pode definir como xusta unha sociedade que permite estas situacións?

2. Outras non iremos a Madrid. Non nos moveremos de aquí, do noso povo, e non participaremos en xuízo ningún. Queremos expresar cos nosos actos a apremiante necesidade de resolver este problema estrutural. Aínda sabendo que nos deterán por ficarmos en Euskal Herria, esta é a achega que facemos ao proceso de resolución do conflito. De novo é a hora do muro popular, e necesitaremos a axuda de todas vós.

Só grazas á achega persoal de cada unha de vós atinxiremos unha solución xusta. Cada cal na súa medida, toda colaboración será benvida para deter os ataques deste sistema corrupto dunha vez por todas.

Estamos na hora de unirmos forzas, de nos apoiarmos unhas noutras. Estamos na hora de respondermos como povo e temos unha ocasión para o facer. Aquí e agora. Unámonos diante da inxustiza!

A vitoria será do povo ou non será. Irabaziko dugu!

Freedom for the 28 basque young activists: manifesto

We are once again facing a rough situation in the Basque Country. The Spanish National Court will begin the trial against 28 Basque young activists on Monday. Most of them denounced they had been tortured while held in incommunicado detention and they had also been forced to sign self-incriminating statements. They face six years of prison. It is the moment to call for disobedience before unjust laws.

Before them many more young people have been imprisoned for the same reason. The Spanish authorities keep creating suffering when the Basque society is making a historic effort to get a just peace and finish with all the suffering. Nowadays there are more than 200 people awaiting trial in the Basque Country for being members of community and political organizations, other two people have just been sentenced to two years of jail just because of making political graffities at the last General Strike, other 4 people are at risk of going to jail because of an opinion-letter they wrote for a newspaper. Spain is shameful.

But people are getting organized, and human walls are being created to defend our friends. Enough is enough. It is not fair that so many young people are being stolen such precious years of their lives and that so much pain is being inflicted upon their beloved ones for the only reason of their political beliefs.

This trial makes no sense. Not juridical sense, neither any political sense. Not at least in the Basque Country. This trial is completely unjust. Last June this same Court of Exception acquitted 40 Basque young activists, admitting they didn’t have any proof against them to say they were members of the terrorist organization, and somehow the even admitted they had been tortured as they had clearly said. And now they want to continue making people suffer and use the exact same accusations against this 28 young people. When will this nightmare get to an end?

The answer is in our hands.

What do we suggest?

We have to finish with the political trials. That is the objective.

The majority of the Basque society we have repeatedly demanded that we want a democratic solution for the political conflict. That political trials based in unjust laws are completely out of place. It is sadly clear that the Spanish State want to ruin this peace opportunity. But even being laws used against us, we are on the side of justice, and that is more powerful. We have firmly chosen to work for the solution and they know it.

We have to empower the human wall. We have to continue giving steps to the front.

The Basque society is learning from every experience against political trials. There are more and more of us every time who believe that we have to finish with this situation. We are building really powerful human walls. We have to make the detention moment more difficult every time, because that is the only way to finish with this.

1- Some of us will go to Madrid to denounce that this trial is a complete farce. Many will have to share a room with the torturers and listen to their lies. That is unacceptable.

2- Some of us won’t go to the trial. Xabier Arina, Imanol Salinas, Igarki Robles, Jazint Ramirez and Irati Tobar won’t move from here, in Loiola. They won’t go to the trial. We will stay here, we will protect our people, like in the previous experiences of human walls in Donostia, Ondarroa, Pamplona… In order to take a step forward in the Basque peace process, we have to solve these kind of structural problems. We know that they want to arrest us for being here, but this is our contribution to the solution of the conflict. It is the time for the human wall and we will need everyone’s help.

Everyone’s contribution will be needed to solve the Basque political conflict. Every help is welcome. So, if you help us spread our voice, write it on the net, inform your local media, etc. We would be really grateful.

It is the time to get united and work together. We have another chance to answer back as a country.

28ak ere Libre: Manifestua

Beste behin ere egoera larri batean aurrean gaude. 28 euskal gazte epaituko ditu Espainiako Auzitegi Nazionalak, torturapean egindako deklarazioak oinarri hartuta. Sei urteko espetxe zigor arriskuan daude. “Demokrazia” batean erabat onartezina da, eta berriz ere lege injustuen aurrean desobedientzia aldarrikatzeko unea dugu.

Epaiketa honek ez du zentzurik. Juridikoki ez du zentzurik, eta politikoki ere ez, ez Euskal Herrian behintzat. Epaiketa hau erabat injustua da. Pasa den ikasturtean salbuespen auzitegi honek 40 euskal gazte absolbitu berri ditu, eta orain akusazio berak erabiliko dituzte 28 gazteen aurka. Noiz amaituko da amesgaizto hau? Gure esku dago erantzuna. Herri harresia indartzen joan behar dugu. Aurrera pausoak ematen.

Zer planteatzen dugu?

Euskal Herrian azken urteotan hainbatetan adierazi dugu gatazka politikoari irtenbide demokratikoa eman nahi diogula. Lege injustuetan oinarritutako epaiketa politikoak erabat lekuz kanpo daudela. Bake aukera hau nola hala zapuztu nahi digute. Baina aurrera goaz. Konponbidearen hautua egina dugu eta ez gara besoak gurutzatuta geratuko. Eta badakite.

Epaiketa politikoekin amaitu behar dugu. Hori da helburua.

Azken urteotan epaiketa politikoen aurkako ekimen bakoitzetik ikasten goaz. Geroz eta gehiago gara egoera honekin amaitu behar dela uste dugunok. Geroz eta herri harresi indartsuagoa osatu behar dugu. Geroz eta zailago jarri behar diegu atxiloketak egitea, hala besterik ez dugu lortuko hauek amaitzea.

1- Gazte batzuk Madrilera joango dira epaiketa fartsa hau salatzera. Askok beren torturatzaileekin- egin beharko dute topo. Nola onartu halakoak gizarte justu batean?

2- Beste batzuk ez dira joango. Eta gu ez gara hemendik mugituko, ez inongo epaiketara aurkeztuko. Prozesua bultzatzeko arazo estruktural hau ere konpontzen hasi behar dugula adierazi nahi dugu. Jakinik hemen geratzeagatik atxilotuko gaituztela, hau da herri honen konponbideari egiten diogun ekarpena. Herri harresiaren garaia da berriz ere eta denon laguntza beharko dugu.

Konponbidea lortuko badugu, denon ekarpena ezinbestekoa izango da. Bakoitzak ahal duen neurrian. Guztia izango da ongi etorria. Denon alea beharko dugu Madrildik datozen erasoei aurre egiteko.

Indarrak biltzeko garaia da, batera ekiteko garaia. Herri gisa erantzuteko beste aukera bat daukagu. Elkar gaitezen.

Hundreds congregate to create human wall in Iruña (Pamplona) to prevent arrest of Luis Goñi

[The Basque Tribune] Hundreds of people have gathered in the centre of Iruña (Pamplona) to protect Luis Goñi from arrest by the police.

Luis has been sentenced to 6 years in prison for being a member of the political group Segi. He is now in the centre of the Plaza Navarrería square, surrounded by a protective ‘human wall’ of orange-tshirt-clad residents who are seated  peacefully trying to prevent his arrest. As with other human walls, amongst the protesters are bertsolaris and musicians, celebrating Basque culture and music in the face of this political arrest.

[Gara, edizio berezia] Nabarreria plazan irudikatu zen herri harresia eta askegunea ez dira bat-batean eta ezerezetik sortu. Azken hilabeteotan Iruñerrian egindako lan eskergaren fruitua izan da, pixkanaka-pixkanaka indarra hartu duten  mobilizazioetan oinarrituriko uholdea izan da. EKAINAK 22 • Ehunka lagun bildu dira Iruñeko Gazteluko Plazan herri asanblada egiteko. Herri harresia nola  antolatu izan da eztabaida gai nagusia. Une horretan bost dira espetxeratuak izateko arriskuan diren Iruñerriko gazteak: Maider Caminos, Luis Goñi, Xabier Sagardoi, Aritz Azkona eta Mikel Jimenez. Eguzkipean, elkartasuna  adierazteko kolore laranja erabiltzea erabaki dute, eta sanferminetan gisa horretako zapiak eramatea proposatzen dute.
